Patrick Dean Carroll, 78, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on March 5, 2026 at 8:30a.m. at St. Francis Medical Center.

Pat Carroll was a loving father and husband. He was a graduate of OSU and a proud Cowboy, an avid golfer, and a lover of fine food, drinks, and the simple things in life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brother, and his daughter Patricia Carroll Shephard.

He is survived by his wife Judith Carroll, daughter Elizabeth Carroll-Bacon and her husband Jeff Bacon, his step-daughter Stacy Rozzell, step-son Christopher Jones, twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
