Patrick Leroy Mommertz, 78, passed away at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 12, 2015. He was born on December 9, 1936 in Independence, Missouri. Patrick worked for many years as a dump truck driver for Tulsa County. He enjoyed going to the car shows, with his favorite cars being a 1957 Chevrolet and a 1965 Mustang. Patrick is survived by his daughter: Kelli (Leon) Carter; grandson: Colton Johnson; step granddaughter: Katherine Carter; companion: Connie Mommertz.
