Patty Lou (Pat) Dancer, 83, passed away on Friday, September 4 at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was cared for and comforted by her family, friends and St. Francis hospice. Pat was born October 3, 1931 in Abilene, Kansas to Dorothy and Hugh Davis. She began Kansas State University at the age of 16. She met and married her husband James (Jim) Loren Dancer on March 17, 1951. She loved books - 1 out of 3 were mysteries. She was devoted to her family, friends and church. She was always ready to help others. She was fortunate to be able to travel extensively throughout the world and was always ready for a gentle, knowledgeable debate. As a consummate hostess, Pat loved to entertain others especially her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, Jim Dancer and her son-in-law Neil Massey Survivors include: sister: Jayne Rolf; daughters and Sons-in-Law: Christy Dennis Busch, Darcy Jack Lohmann, Lorrie Mike Foreman; grandchildren: Breeana Renan Woods, Jessamyn Jared Berger, Benjamin Sarah Dasch, Jim Lindsay Foreman, Jack Foreman, and Amy Jo Foreman; great-grandchildren: Zaryn Dancer Woods, Leleida Dancer Woods, Faith Leora Foreman, and Olivia Dancer Dasch Memorial services will be held at 4 pm, Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at St. Johns Episcopal Church 4200 S.
