Peggy Simpson, 69, security guard, passed away Friday, November 9th in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Peggy is survived by her loving husband Bert Simpson, her two children Scott and Stanford Simpson, and her brother Robbie Thompson of Florida. Peggy attended Tulsa Public Schools where she graduated from Will Rogers High School. She was named Band Queen her Senior year. Peggy worked several years as a long distant operator, and an administrative assistant at Fram Corporation. She then worked as a receptionist at a doctor's office. She then attended Platt College and became an armed security guard. Peggy met Bert in 1965 when she was 21 years old, and was Ms. 7up of Oklahoma. Bert and Peggy have been married 47 years. Peggy was an avid garage sale shopper, and also practiced Judo and Karate. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 16th at 11:00am at The Cremation Society Chapel.
