Phillip Edwin Costigan III, age 86, passed away December 18, 2015 in Coweta, Oklahoma. Phillip was born September 11, 1929 in New York, N.Y., to Philip Edwin Costigan II and Sonia (Echdolle) Costigan. Phillip spent his childhood years in New York until he joined the US Navy. Since then he has worn many different coats from Fuller Brush Sales to Diamond sales. But his heart was always in California with his wife Mary. He could always entertain a person or a crowd and always was a gentleman in every way. He is survived by his wife, Mary; sons, Stephen, Keith and Terri; grandchildren, Kendall, Christy, Casey, Keith, Zachariah, Phillip and Windy; he is also survived by 21 great grandchildren a host of other relatives and some dear friends.
