Randall K. Mills, "Randy", 56, passed April 18th due to complication of pneumonia. Randy was a retired Fire Fighter of the Owasso Fire Department and an employee of Case and Associates. Randy will be remembered for the generosity and kindness he extended to those he knew. He is survived by his daughter Talor, son Mitchell, three grandchildren, sisters, Elaine Zellers and Janene Wooster, 5 nephews and a niece. The family would like to thank the Physicians and Staff at St. Francis for their exemplary care and kindness toward Randy.
