Rhonda Lynn Petros was born on June 8, 1961 in Longview, TX. Rhonda passed away on September 12, 2024, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's disease.

She was a licensed in-home daycare operator at Help Me, Rhonda, for over 30 years. She loved children, loved people, loved music of all kinds and loved life. She was a beautiful soul who radiated the love of Her Savior, Jesus Christ. Rhonda will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edna Scott and Ray Scott, and her sisters Sharon Scott and Glenda Carpenter.

She is survived by her husband, Tony Petros of Tulsa and her children, Scott Rankin and his wife, Misty of Claremore, OK and daughter, Amanda Rankin of Claremore, Oklahoma , and 3 grandchildren. She is also survived by sister-in-law, Laura Bales and niece Abigail Bales of Bixby, OK, as well as a niece Aimee Sims of Clearwater, Fl, and nephews, Eric Walden of Claremore, OK and Bill Walden of Odessa, TX, and Braylin Sutton of Melissa, TX, father-in-law and mother-in-law Lee and Pamela Petros of Tulsa, stepsons Nic Petros and Cody Petros both of Tulsa, OK, stepson and wife Anthony and Heather Petros and five grandkids.

Rhonda touched many lives along her journey and the family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at Life Senior Services and Oklahoma Memory Care Institute.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her honor. Services pending.
