Richard Everett Cloud was born on December 29, 1939 in Joplin, Missouri. He passed away on February 18, 2026 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born to Everett Orville Cloud and Anna Mae Spencer Cloud both of Joplin, Missouri. He married Yvonne Mann Cloud on August 1, 1986.

Richard graduated from College High School Bartlesville in 1958. He attended OSU and received his B.S in Accounting in 1962 and his MBA in 1963.

He held many titles including: Head of Data Processing and Systems at National Bank of Tulsa, Vice-President of Finance and Corporate Secretary for The Mentor Corporation, Management Controls Consultant for Telex Corporation, and President/Owner of Corporate Financial Planning, Inc.

Richard is survived and loved by wife Yvonne Cloud, children and grandchildren; Randy and Marcia Cloud, Lauren, Katie, Ben, Melanie, Kangwa, Chile; Bart Barre and Cathy Cloud Barre, Emily and Christopher; Tom and Marissa Mann, Trevor, Vanessa; Mike and Sheila Mann, Julia; Mark and Jeri Mann Spencer, Stuart.

Memorial Services will be February 28th , at 11:00 AM , Arrow Heights Baptist Church, Broken Arrow, OK. Inurnment at Rolling Oaks Memorial Gardens will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 1:00pm.
