On December 11, 2024, Richard (Jack) Jackson Kregel passed unexpectedly.

He was born in Sacramento, CA, on December 19, 1996, passing just eight days before his 28th birthday. He spent most his life in Roseville, CA.

He loved doing things that gave an adrenaline rush — skateboarding down a hill and stopping at the last minute, riding a dirt bike fast and doing jumps, climbing high objects, and riding the scariest roller coasters/rides. He enjoyed the outdoors — camping, exploring and traveling — both the getting there and the destination.

Jack's smile could melt your heart.

He is survived by his parents, Fred and Cheryl Kregel; brother Eric (Angelina); aunts Paula (Jackie) and Wendee (Akio); great aunt Roberta; and cousins Jackson and Jessie.

He will be forever missed. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
