Robbie L. Hennesson, 48, formerly of Mountain, North Dakota, passed away on Tuesday June 9, 2015 at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Robbie was born February 11, 1967 to Richard and Sandra (Martin) Hennesson. He grew up on the family farm near Mountain with his parents, sister Leah and brother Troy. Robbie attended school in Edinburg, North Dakota, graduating in 1985. He then served in the U.S. Army and after his discharge from the service he lived in Kansas City, Kansas for a few years. He returned to North Dakota and was a bookkeeper at the Walhaila Coop and also worked at Motor Coach industries in Pembina, North Dakota. He then moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he was employed with JMI for many years. During that time he traveled extensively. Robbie loved all animals and always had a cat. He especially adored his nieces and nephews. Robbie Is preceded in death by his father, Richard and his grandparents. Robbie is survived by his mother and step father: Sandra and David Estad; sister: Leah (Warren) Austford, all of Cavalier, North Dakota; brother: Troy Hannesson of Mountain, North Dakota; nieces: Kayla, Cassie, Chelsey, Karisa and Kendra; nephew: Tyler; step brother: Michael Estad of Grand Fork, Minnesota; step sister: Sherry (Dan) Fjestad of East Fork, Minnesota and many aunts, uncles cousins and friends. A memorial service for Robbie will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Vikur Lutheran Church in Mountain, North Dakota. Burial will be held in the Mountain Cemetery.
