Robert Surles Lacy "Bobby" was born in Dallas, Texas on April 12, 1948 to David and Jetta Lacy. Bobby passed away Friday, January 16, 2015 in Tulsa at the age of 66. Bobby is survived by his wife, Peggy and a great host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of Bobbys life will be held a later time.
