Robert L. Wysong, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and retired vehicle mechanic, died October 16, 2012 at the age of 82. Robert was born to Adeline and Glen Wysong, August 24, 1930, in Chicago, Illinois. He had been a resident of Collinsville, Oklahoma for the past 18 years with his wife of 62 years, Carmella, who survives him. Robert is also survived by; two sons, Robert A. Wysong and wife Beverlee of Bloomingdale, IL and Todd Wysong and wife Kim of Owasso, Oklahoma; 1 brother, Glen D. Wysong and wife Josephine of Frankfort, IL and 1 sister, Adeline Stone and husband Chester of Poplar Bluff, IL; and some very special friends that he considered his family, Miguel and Janet Aguirre and their daughter, Vanessa of Owasso, OK. A memorial service will be held 12:00 pm, Saturday, October 20, 2012 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church located at 2720 S. 129th East Avenue, Tulsa, OK.
