Rosemary Heather Blackburn, age 89, passed away in Perkins, Oklahoma on March 13, 2016. She was born to Charles and Mary McKee in Scotland on August 3, 1929. Rosemary was an office manager. Rosemary is survived by her daughter Moira Wasseu along with other loving family and friends.
