Rosy was born July 30, 1931 in Portsmouth, Ohio, to Lowell and Belle Cockrell. She is survived by her two loving children, Michael E. Halley and wife Mary Jane of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; and her daughter, Maureen Kem Lorett and husband Dan of Utica, Mississippi. Services are Pending at this time.
