Roy Charles Starrett, age 65, passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 19, 2015. Roy was born in Yale oklahoma to Charles Wesley and Bonnie Alean (Robinson) Starrett. He was a pipefitter in the oilfield. On August 29, 1968, Roy joined the United States Navy serving until August 28, 1972. He was stationed in Vietnam from 1969 to mid 1972 as a communication specialist. Roy is preceded in death by his parents: Charles and Bonnie Starrett; brothers: Robert and Phillip Starrett. Survivers include: Sons: Roy Joseph Charles Starrett, Steven Miles Starrett (Laurie Ann) and Jeffrey Tyler Starrett; grandchildren: Jade and Kamrin McKenzie; sister: Charolit Starrett Roe and the mother of his children: Carol Dean Starrett.
