Ryan Lee Fiegel, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away april 22, 2017. He was born October 25, 1996 in Tulsa. Ryan was a very kind hearted young man. He would help any friend in need. He loved to read and liked all of his friends, he loved video games. Ryan was involved in gifted and talented throughout classes and graduated high school a year early. Ryan is preceded in death by his father: Randy Fiegel, maternal grandfather: Sam Basden; maternal grandmother: Donna Basden. Ryan is survived by his mother: Deborah Fiegel; brothers: West Ruffin, Trevor Ruffin, and Zachary Fiegel; maternal aunt: Annette Sanders; cousins: Rikki Marler and Chloe Sanders; paternal uncle: Gary Fiegel; aunts: Heather and Wendy Fiegel.
