Scott Richard Hall, D.D.S., 70, died on August 26, 2017 at Porta Caeli House in Tulsa. Born on October 31, 1946 in Oklahoma City OK to Joseph Richard and Hazel Kathryn (Rowley) Hall. Scott graduated from Tulsa Edison High School in 1964 where he was a standout football player, earning All-City, All-Conference, All-State honors as well as being chosen Oklahoma Player of The Year by the Tulsa World. He earned a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1968 and was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He played football at Vanderbilt and earned All-SEC honors. Following his service in the U.S. Army, he was granted a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee in 1976, followed by a Certificate of Specialty in Periodontics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978. He set up private practice in Tulsa and was associated with his father at the Warren Medical Building. Over the years, he was an active member of various professional associations as well as volunteering with Street School and the Neighbor for Neighbor Dental Clinic. A longtime member of First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa. He was presented with the Eagle Scout, God & Country Award, and Order of the Arrow at Troop One. Preceded in death by both parents. He is survived by his brother, Stephen Curtis Hall, of Tulsa. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 6th at 2:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church, 709 S.
