Shawn Christopher Rutledge, Sr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on June 28th, 2026 at 9:35 a.m. Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 18th, 2026 at Faith United Methodist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Shawn Rutledge, Sr. was born on June 28th, 1976, in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Mr. Rutledge was an avid Oklahoma sports fan. Whether it was OU, the OKC Thunder, or even OSU football, Shawn enjoyed it all. He loved his family and friends dearly, and he loved helping others through his career in healthcare. Shawn Sr. also had a passion for cooking and watching movies with his children. As a child, he enjoyed going to the lake and trips to Turner Falls on his birthday. However, above it all, Shawn loved spending time with his family.

Shawn C. Rutledge, Sr. is survived by his spouse, Molli Rutledge, children; Shawn Rutledge Jr., Pressley Rutledge, Luke Rutledge, parents; Dan and Lee Rutledge, siblings; Jennifer Carney, grandmother; Beverly Livingston, nieces and nephews; Caden Carney, Michaela Carney, Ava Carney, and Egypt Collier.
