Shirley Jean Gibson, 68, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, died at 3:36 a.m., Monday, April 11th, 2016 at her home. She was born October 10, 1947 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Pearlie Mae Glover and Floyd White who preceded her in death along with her brother Richard Glover and sister Florence Miles. Shirley attended Dunbar Elementary, Carver Middle School, and Booker T. Washington. She worked at Bernie's Deli, TJC, and Nameplate Inc. from 1979 to 2009 (30 years). Her interest and hobbies included cooking, sewing, dancing, fishing, softball, and traveling. She leaves behind her two daughters Jenell Trent, Cassandra Gibson, Tulsa, five grandchildren: Shanay Mays, Camisha Gibson, Sharell Mays, DeMarque Gibson, Taquisha Gibson, two brothers: Louis Glover, James Glover, five sisters: Sandra Glover, Diane Colbert, Ora Williams, Ruby Williams, Nola Scott, 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
