Stephen Joe Finch was born November 17, 1956 to C.J. and Ouida Finch in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Stephen has passed away at the age of 60 in Tulsa on February 5, 2017. Sgt. Stephen Joe Finch was an avid outdoorsman, musician, lover of military history, BBQ master and a superior welder. Sarge enjoyed working with his hands, a good old country song, and a quiet place to sit, read and think. His proudest accomplishment, besides his two sons, was his time as a Green Beret in the United States Army Special Force. He is survived by his sons; Dustin Finch (Christina) of Edmond, Ok and Jeffery Robinson of Bixby, Ok; his parents C.J. and Ouida Finch of Clearwater, Fl; sisters, Donna (Bryan) Lewis of Tulsa, Ok, Pamela (Mark) Smith of Tampa, Fl; as well as a host of other family members and friends.
