Tammi Lynn Jordan-Fletcher, 42, passed away March 11, 2014 at her home. Born October 5, 1971, she was preceded in death by her father Jay Brewer and her grandmother, Grace Miller. Tammi is survived by her husband, John Fletcher; her mother, Geraldine Forsythe; She is also survived by her three loving children; Misty Dawn Eaglin and husband, Ryan, Ashley Marie Jordan, and Hayden Dale Watson; step-children, Joshua and Josiah Fletcher; her siblings, Michael Jacobs, Ronald Jacobs and wife, Beverly, and Anthony Forsythe and wife Dee Dee; two grandsons, Tristan and Jrue Eaglin; four nephews; one great niece and one great-nephew. In celebration of Tammis life, a memorial service will be held on Friday, March 14, 2014, at 1:00 p.m., at Members of Christ Church. 401 S. 41st St. West Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
