Obituary
Teresa Renee Shelley-Carroll passed away on December 18, 2015 at her home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma she was 58. Teresa was born to Arthur Herman and N. Marguerite Shelly on November 3, 1957 in Yale, Oklahoma. After graduating high school, Teresa received her Masters Degree in teaching. Survivers include her brothers: Bruce Shelley, Randall Shelly and Gary Shelly.
