Theda Rae Soldani, age 91, passed away April 10, 2016 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She was born on June 17, 1924 in Ibabel, Oklahoma to Charlie Rhuben and Florence Alminda Hardy. Theda was a retired health care provider. Theda is survived by her children: Kerrylyn Hooper and Charles Hooper along with three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
