Thomas William Larsen, 62, died peacefully on December 30 th. Even through his battle with cancer, he never lost his vitality or sense of humor. He accomplished his final goal of seeing one more Christmas. Thomas was born in Tucson, Arizona, grew up in River Falls, Wisconsin and eventually made Tulsa, Oklahoma his home. The oldest of five siblings, he was preceded in death by his parents, William G. and Beverly J. Larsen, and his younger brother, Robert G. Larsen. He is survived by his wife, Donna Larsen and his son, Dylan Larsen (and his spouse, Danielle) of Onalaska, WI, and his grandson, Camden. His surviving siblings are Chuck Larsen of Bloomington, MN, Diane Olson (Michael) of River Falls, WI and David Larsen (Kathy) of West Bend, WI, brother-in-law, Brian Howie of Bethel Spring, TN and Paul Howie of River Falls, WI. He was also loved by many nieces and nephew and many dear friends. Thomas spent his life nourishing and appreciating everyone and everything around him. Much of his time was enjoyed cooking for and sharing a beer with beloved friends and family. Loving music since his youth, he enjoyed singing with the church choir and karaoke with friends. At home, he loved tending his gardens and fishing with family. A Celebration of Toms life will be held 11:00am, Saturday, January 10 th 2015 at Fellowship Congregational Church.
