Thomas Lee Nix, 83, passed away on October 6, 2023, at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He was born on July 30, 1940, in Stigler, Oklahoma to parents Milton and Ethel (Gore) Nix.

Thomas was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandparent, and friend to many. He was a dad to many that knew him. If anyone was in need, he was willing to help them no matter what time it was.

Thomas was a hard worker and provider. He worked many types of jobs settling into a 30-year career as an Industrial painter and Forman at General Steel at the age of 62.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Everett and Jackie; and two sisters Beulah and Bernice.

He is survived by his wife Melba Nix; sister Betty Richardson; three children Twyla Hope (Perry), Milton Nix (Julie), and Myles Nix (Keslie); 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
