Thomas Edward Hamilton, age 67, born December 15, 1945, was received into heaven October 31, 2013 after a short battle with cancer. He was in the care of Good Shepherd Hospice at the Clarehouse in Tulsa, OK. Thomas was very proud and honored to serve in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968, in the South Korean D.M.Z. Thomas is survived by his wife of 28 years, Leona Hamilton of Claremore; two brothers: Robert Hamilton of Claremore and Roger Hamilton of California; two children: Melissa Yost of Harrison, Missouri and Christopher Hamilton of Tulsa, Oklahoma; three step children: Randall and Rodney Colston of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Sandy Silversmith of Claremore; seven grandchildren and many other family members and thoughtful and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his baby son: Jeremy Todd Hamilton and his parents: Thomas and Lena Hamilton. Memorial service will be at the Claremore Assembly of God, 2100 W.
