Virgil A. Bowen, a Retired Factory Worker, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013, in McAlester, Oklahoma. Virgil was born April 30, 1943, in Arpelar, Oklahoma, to Willis Dee and Oral A. (Farmer) Bowen. He was 70 years old. Virgil was a veteran of the United States Army Reserves.
