Wanda “Colleen” Williams (Steele) passed away on August 10th, 2026, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, at the age of 91. Her family was by her side until the end. She was born December 31st, 1934, in Bristow, Oklahoma. 

Colleen moved around frequently through the years, living in many wonderful places. Eventually, she landed in the small town of Spavinaw, Oklahoma, where she managed the local convenience store alongside her husband and then subsequently retired. Colleen lived a very full life and with great spirit. She loved having adventures and enjoyed many trips with her Spavinaw crew. She was a shopping queen and could always be found going shopping with her girls. Country music soundtracked her life, and her TV ran Western movies at all times. 

Colleen was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ruby Jalana Steele; her brothers, Carl, Dale, and Richard; and her sister, Francis; in addition to her husband, Roy “Bob" Williams, and her daughter Gayle Greeson. 

Colleen is survived by her sons, Denny Hurst and wife Susie; and Robert Williams and wife Lisa; and Daughter Cheryl Clemons. Grandchildren Derek Hurst, Marquis Jeffcoat, Angela Fusselman, Gavin Greeson, Wendy Leep, Carrie Beatty, Christy Van Dam, and Jevon Williams. She is also survived by many loving great-grandchildren. 

Graveside services will be held at South Heights Cemetery in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, on Friday, August 28th at 10:00 am. Arrangements may be sent to Smith Funeral Home in Sapulpa.
