Whitney John Hayward, 52, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed away June 17, 2016. He was a perfusionist. Whitney was born September 10, 1963 to Ronald Hamilton and Elizabeth Ruth (Wells) Hayward in Fort Worth, Texas. Whitney is survived by all his loving family and friends.
