William Donovan (B.D.) Bookout, of Vinita, Oklahoma passed away on September 27, 2019. William was born December 24, 1958, to William Dale and Sandra Jo (Fleming) Bookout in Tucumcari, New Mexico. He was a loving father and is survived by his son Taylor Bookout and daughter Bess Bookout; his sister Melissa Stulz and her husband, Jim, and sons, Utah and Montana. He loved the mountains of Colorado, fishing and enjoying nature while capturing its beauty through photography.
