William C Lewis, 102 of Tulsa, OK, passed away on January 22, 2026. Born on April 20, 1923 in Columbus, OH. He was a devoted husband to Joan Lewis (deceased) and a loving father to Muriel Ann Keys, Anita Kay Carruthers, Sylvia Gullekson, Peggy Lewis, John Lewis and Mary Bridges.

Dad was hard-working and dedicated. He served as 1st Lt. Navigator in the Air Force during WWII - European Theatre. He spent his career working as a mechanical engineer eventually retiring from McDonald Douglas Air Force Plant. Despite his many responsibilities, he always made time for his family and his passions.

His long years of fatherly love, friendships and professional service will long be remembered. He was a man of integrity, kindness, generosity and he left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

He enjoyed listening to music, fishing and sailing and most of all, telling stories about his life.

He was preceded in death by Kay Shamel Sien (mother of his children) and his children Muriel Ann Keys, Anita Kay Carruthers, Sylvia Gullekson, and John Lewis.

He is survived by his daughters Peggy Lewis, Mary Bridges, and Lisa Gibson; 10 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren children and 19 great-great grandchildren who will miss him dearly.

A memorial service will be held on February 21st at 11:00 am at Veterans Park, 1111 S Main, Broken Arrow, OK. Celebration of Life will be immediately following at The Lodge on Main, 118 S Main, Broken Arrow, OK.
