Heaven took another angel home. Wendy Lee Chavez, 85, went to be with the Lord on January 11, 2016. She was born in Tulsa to Lee Jess and Lola Dean Morgan on December 8, 1930. Wendy was Tulsa's first women to be car salesperson for Joe Marina BMW. Later she owned and operated the Encore Shop, a ladies consignment store. She was a member of Tulsa First United Methodist Church and volunteered as a server for Eugene Fields Elementary School. Wendy is preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Wanda Snitz; a daughter, Dana Belveal Justice; a son, Steve Belveal; and grandson, Kory Justice. She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Frank; son David Belveal; son-in-law, Scott Justice; daughter-in-law, Cindy Belveal; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and one great granddaughter. Wendy met Frank at a neat little pub called 'In the Middle'. She rejected Frank's first request for a dance but on second thought accepted the second. It was from then on that such a strong bond developed that marriage came soon after and became well and commonly known around friends as 'Frank and Wendy'...'Frank and Wendy'. Wendy was a generous and kind person with a million dollar spirit who loved the Lord, her family and friends. According to Frank, 'Wendy defined the word class'. She will be deeply missed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital. Reception to follow services at Stewart and Lynn Morriss residence, 5729 E. 64th St., Tulsa, OK 74136
