She is survived by Daughters: Michelle and husband Johnny Phelan and Deana Russell and partner Cindee Phillips; Son: Michael and wife Michelle Miller; Grandchildren: Johnny, II and wife Sarah Phelan, Amanda and husband Jason Mears, Ricky and wife Kelli Phelan, Trip Phelan, Rachel Russell, Shaun Vaughn, Raelyn Vaughn, Taylor Miller, Amber Miller, Megan Miller, Adrianna Miller, and Parker Herd. Jeannie was preceded in death by her Husband: Bert Warner; Father: Arnold Coker; Mother: Tressie Coker; Brother: Troy Coker; and Sisters: Virginia Terry and Phyliss Witt.
