Wilma Lee was born to Edward and Gertrude Sunday on February 8, 1941 in Claremore, OK. She passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021. Wilma Lee graduated from Stigler High School in May of 1959. She married James Lane McBride March 6, 1959. They had 2 daughters whom they reared in Norman, OK where they made their home. Wilma Lee retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone in Norman and State Farm in Tulsa. Wilma Lee was predeceased by her husband, James, her father and mother, Edward and Gertrude Sunday, her brother and sister-in-law, Loren and Judy Sunday and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, H. Shearon and Follie McBride. She is survived by her daughter, Sandy McBride Brewer of Tulsa and her grandchildren James (Meghan) Kowaleski, Jeffrey (Anna) Kowaleski, Jennifer Brewer and Ryan Brewer, her daughter, Shari McBride Malthaner of Tulsa and her grandchildren Mike (Katherine) Malthaner and Jamie (Kent) Yeabower, 8 great grandchildren, her brother, Ed (Fleeta White) Sunday and her brother-in-law, Hal (Billie) McBride as well as several nieces and nephews. Private family service will be held January 9, 2021 Stigler Cemetery.
