Process & Timeline

At the time of cremation arrangements following a death, our cremation specialist generates and files the original Oklahoma Death Certificate with the State Department of Health. Each Certified Death Certificate copy is $16.50.  NOTE: All of our Cremation Plans include 1 Certified Death Certificate Copy. We will ask you how many additional certified copies you want to order initially. Additional copies may be obtained from the Oklahoma State Health Department for a fee per copy.

Please allow 10 to 14 working days before the State Health Department releases them.
